We all know the past and present of the diplomatic relationship between the United States and North Korea.
A lot of crime has been committed; regime kidnapping and human victims have been involved.
Donald Trump is looking to stop all of that, as he announced a major decision!
After the latest North Korea’ victim died, the infamous Otto Wambier, something had to be done. As reported by Liberty Writers, he went abroad for leisure, and god knows what happened to him there. It was said he was imprisoned for stealing a propaganda poster back in January of 2016. He was released to come back in June this year, but what followed was scary. Here is what his parents said:
‘The awful torturous mistreatment our son received at the hands of North Koreans ensured that no other outcome was possible beyond the sad one we experienced today. When Otto returned to Cincinnati late on June 13th, he was unable to speak, unable to see and unable to react to verbal commands.”
Our President was fast to share condolences with the family, and mentioned Otto as “North Korea’s latest victim”.
This was the cherry on top of all crime related to our biggest enemy. It led Trump to making one of his biggest decisions yet – to BAN all US citizens from traveling to North Korea. As surprising as it sounds, it is true.
What blows our mind though, is why there are travel agencies flying there, thus bringing funds so they can exploit nuclear energy! Both tour operators, Koryo Tours and Young Pioneer Tours announced the news on social media and expect the ban to start within 30 days from now.
Here is their statement:
“After the 30 day grace period any US national that travels to North Korea will have their passport invalidated by their government. We will update further as more information becomes available.”
This sounds like great news, as we will have even less contact with one of our biggest enemies.
